· Besonders hinweisen möchte ich auf die CVI-Beiträge – mein ‚Herzensanliegen‘, auf den Begriff MCDD (= Multiple Complex Developmental Disorder) im Zusammenhang mit Autismus und Schizophrenie und natürlich, wie immer, so auch hier, auf Beiträge zum generellen Hinterfragen von Diagnosebegriffen und deren Pharmakotherapie.

Immer wieder ist in den Medien zu lesen …
- Täter muss in Psychiatrie
- Messerstecher muss in Psychiatrie
Hierdurch wird aber leider stets ein Zusammenhang hergestellt bzw. der Eindruck vermittelt, als würden Psychiatrie und Gewalttätigkeit grundsätzlich zusammengehören …
Und dabei gibt es doch zwei völlig unterschiedliche Bereiche der Psychiatrie, nämlich:
· Eine Psychiatrie für ‚psychisch kranke Menschen‘, die in der Psychiatrie Hilfe suchen,
· und die forensische Psychiatrie für Menschen, die in die Psychiatrie eingeliefert werden aufgrund von körperlichen Angriffen/Übergriffen (bis hin zu Mord) –
Deshalb, bitte: So viel Zeit muss sein, in diesen letztgenannten Fällen Psychiatrie nicht einfach nur Psychiatrie zu nennen, sondern ‚forensische Psychiatrie‘.
